On March 9th I registered at Poker Stars and like any user in New Zealand I deposited 100 NZD through my bank account since they did not have a deposit with paypal. I wanted to take advantage of the welcome bonus and I repeat as any player in New Zealand would. During the deposit process it is true that it gave me some error, (it did not load me or it took me a while to load the page to which it took me to make the payment which was 100 NZD. Finally after depositing and making my first bet I go to sleep and when I log in the next day I can't log in, it gives me an error with red letters indicating that my account is frozen and I must contact Poker Stars by email, I do that by sending up to 4 or 5 e-mails, until their answer to my concern is that after the routine review of Poker Stars, they decide that I have created or accessed accounts to unfairly take advantage of their promotional offers and their system. About the bet I made it should be noted that I bet the 100 $ following the terms of the bonus was played on the 11th and it turned out to be awarded the bet I made and until today 14 they have not given me an answer. They finalize their response to me telling me that as a result I am permanently excluded from any future gambling activity with Poker Stars, they also confiscate all the funds in my account because they are Poker Star and they can. I registered in bets, and bet with the welcome promotion. I lost the 100 NZD, and when I go to see if the freebet has been assigned to me, it turns out that I have the account frozen. I've been like this for almost 1 week and it's going to expire. I think they are using all this so that the promotion expires and is lost. ban for using equilab Good morning, I write this text, like many here from what I have been able to verify, a few weeks ago I entered 50 NZD in pokerstars, after playing three days in MICROLIMITES, pokerstars sent me a couple of alterta messages for an unauthorized program such as equilab, a program that on the other hand I do not really use since I repeat I am playing MICROLIMITES, where the use of these programs does not even make sense. Good morning, I have been a pokerstars sports user since July 2020 approximately, although I am using the account more now, I have about 400 NZD approximately inside and before yesterday I took out 50 NZD, when I tried to log in again it tells me that my account is frozen. Good morning, last January 28 I opened an account at Pocker Star Sport, in which I entered 30 NZD + 5 NZD. When I get in on the 29th I get a message that my account is frozen that I contact them through email. I get in touch and they tell me that I lack a documentation that I immediately send them. Well, that being said, after more than 10 days, and a few emails that have never been sent to me, I still can't access my account, and I can't withdraw the 35 NZD that I put in!!! Hello, 5 days ago my account was frozen claiming that there were missing documents to verify. I have sent the documents they requested twice, I have also tried to contact them but they only have the email service (which I find scandalous that they only have that service) and they have not answered me anything. After opening an account and entering $100, the next day I decided to withdraw $140 dia 04/01. Well, I receive an email that gives the OK to the withdrawal, but a few days later they send me another email asking for some document such as a payroll or an invoice (quite intrusive and that in no other house had I asked) to be able to verify the account (I had already verified it the day before). Well, I send it to you and on 6/1 they thank me for the documents and that my account was already verified. Well, since 06/01 my refund is still pending processing with the message “The highlighted transactions are being reviewed at this time and cannot be canceled. Check back later”" and of course they have been reviewing it for 16 days now. The customer service does NOT EXIST, there is no way to contact them and they will answer you. Interestingly, if you bet the deposit limits to see how there IF they write to you at 48 to grant it, confirming that you are withholding it from me because it comes out of them.... I had never been scammed at any bookmaker until I bet on POKERSTAR.

i blocked the bet if there was a possibility of closing in all the ones I had, even if it was positive, and I was only missing in some a game that started at 9 and all the games were already won and in others I filled the teams won without the possibility of closing and I got in contact with the support and they did not give me a solution save losing the bets for not having the possibility of closing, save I guess the fault will be mine, it must be said pokerstar for poker is the best there is but in sports, save what would be the solution

We don't know if it's a technical glitch or a personal limitation. In any case, both are unrelated since they must be dealt with with Pokerstars in the first case and, if it is a limitation, it is allowed by the DGOJ itself.
