List of Winamax complaints

We accept complaints about bookmakers related to the following issues: delays in withdrawals, incorrect calculation of bets, illegal blocking of accounts or other serious violations. We do not accept complaints related to the bookmakers themselves (limits of bets, low odds, limitations). On 27.12.2021 I registered and verified my account at Winamax, since then and until today I have made more than 50 deposits worth approximately $105,000. After each lost deposit they gave me a freebet and on my birthday a vip manager contacted me to offer me a free freebet and tell me that he is at my disposal for everything I need. The treatment was perfect, even though I always lost I had no complaints since they attended me practically instantly. I came to have almost $ 100,000 of losses and with the last deposit I have come to hit combined with many events at very high installments and I have made partial cashout and then I have withdrawn a part of the balance. After the withdrawals I had a high amount of money left in the account between balance and cashout (6 figures). Once the withdrawals were requested, they asked me for screenshots of my payment method, I sent it and they confirmed that they have already verified it and that they were making the payment to me within a maximum period of 24 hours. That was on May 11, 2023. That same day I receive an email notifying me that they have blocked my account for abnormal behavior in my bets without giving any details, I respond asking for explanations and they reply that they must do a series of investigations and that it will take several days. Since then I have not had any response again despite having sent more than 5 emails and one of them requesting to open a formal complaint; in their TC it says that any formal complaint is reviewed and answered in maximum 3 working days, which they have not done either. This page has neither support chat nor phone, you can only contact them by email but they have stopped responding, I had the vip manager's phone but he does not respond either, he has left me read on whatshap and has not responded. I ask you please to tell me how to proceed before this scam case. I also add that my bets were not odds errors or anything weird, they are normal from many events that after missing many a match, now I was lucky and I got all the events right.
