Hey. I have been a PAF user for quite some time now and I had never had any kind of problem with them, until this past Sunday. I was lucky enough to get two predictions right that gave me great prizes. Once my account was credited to me, I decided to make an "instant" withdrawal since this is how they promote it on their own website. My first surprise was that a short period of time passed and my money was not being paid. I contacted customer support, and they escalated the case to the finance department and apologized to me. That they would try to solve it and the next day (Monday) they would contact me via email to inform me about the withdrawal of money. Well, the next day about first thing in the afternoon I contact them, through call and chat, and they confirm that the withdrawal has been completed and the money would arrive in 1 to 3 days to my account. A withdrawal that was "instantaneous". I ask them for a bank receipt that accredits the operation and they confirm that they will send it to my email. Hours later, seeing that they don't send it to him, I get in touch with them. My surprise is that a new customer service colleague confirms to me that the withdrawal was rejected and that my money had been credited first thing in the morning. No money refunded appears in my game history, nor did they contact me to inform me that the withdrawal had been rejected, in addition, as I tell you, how could it be that it was rejected, and both by call and by chat did their colleagues confirm to me that it had been completed? It's been 72 hours and I don't have my money, which, should have arrived instantly and I don't have it. I want to emphasize that my account is fully verified and yet at all times I have lent myself to pass on any documents they need, as long as I can receive my money, as I requested early Sunday afternoon.
