I registered with Betfair 1 week ago. At first everything went well. I entered my ID, but since the address of my ID is different from the one I entered in my registration (since I have changed my address), Betfair told me that they would put the address on my account as the one on my ID even if it was old and they validated my ID. A day later after making several deposits ($ 250) they warn me that my account has been suspended for verification issues when they were the ones who changed my address to be the same as the DNI even knowing that it is not my current address. I have contacted them via Chat and they say that they have to verify my data again. Through the chat I warned them the problem with the change of address and they asked me again for ID, Bank Card and Current Registration. I sent them all this documentation. I have been waiting for 3 days without news (they told me that before 72 hours I would have an answer). I also sent an email but I have not received a response. By chat they tell me that they can't do anything, that they have to wait for the verification department. They don't tell me if they need any more documentation or if that's enough. I have $250 that I can't withdraw and an open bet.

They have blocked my betfair account for no reason, I have tried to contact them through chat but no one answers me, I have tried several days, at different times and they never put me with an operator. Very good, last Friday, February 12th I tried to register at betfairand they told me that I already had a user (I closed my old betfair account 7 years ago) through the chat they reopened the account and asked me to send some documentation (ID, bank slip and a recent invoice) which I sent them at the moment and I entered $ 600. When I tried to log in, a message appeared saying that the account was blocked. The next day I contacted again by chat and they told me to resend everything to the mail [email protected] which I did. As yesterday Monday they did not answer me, I tried to contact betfair again through the chat but they no longer let me enter the chat, I sent them several emails asking if something was missing and I have not received any response. Hi, I'm trying to contact Betfair customer support because I made a withdrawal on Saturday day 6/2 of $ 127 and it was put in card (I always do it with PayPal). The next day when I log in to bet, my account appears suspended, they only let me send documents, no problem, because I knew that in addition to the ID they usually ask for payment documents, and sometimes documents to check the address. After sending them they tell me that "they will try to answer in less than 24h"... and it's already been 3 days. They do not respond in any of the "customer service" media. Recently I have bet 112 NZD on a match that offered a 4.50 odds (2 bets one of 47 and one of 65 but for the same result) however I wake up this morning and the odds are 1.5 (without having selected change of odds), simply impressive... what a way to waste time both looking for odds and the way this bookmaker takes your money so easily... Also in a previous match I have contacted them and I am still waiting for a response since it was a high bet too... losing on this side another 70 NZD one after the other

Thursday 18/07/2019, I made two online bets, on the sports event "Club Sudamerica De Paraguarí vs Deportivo Santaní", which was held in Paraguay in the Paraguay Cup. Bets placed were as follows: Draw: 30 NZD bet at odds 14. The "Deportivo Santaní" team wins: 20 NZD bet at odds of 20 (it would be about 400 NZD prize). Both bets were accepted and settled by the bookmaker, prior to the start of the event, at the indicated odds. Having in my possession documents proving the odds, before starting the match (screenshots). After the end of the match, in which the result was 0-5 goals, winning the team "Deportivo Santani", the bookmaker Betfair does not pay the successful bet and does collect the lost bet: 1. The bet won (victory of "Deportivo Santaní") at odds of "20", which would generate a prize of $ 400, Betfair went on to pay it at odds of "1.03", generating a prize of $ 20.06, once the event ended. 2. The lost bet (Tie), at odds of "14", Betfair has collected, being the same sporting event, resulting, as one would expect, in the loss of the $30 bet. In the same event, the won bet is not paid (it is paid at almost zero odds) and the lost bet is cashed out. Once communicated to the Betfair customer service, the latter responds stating that: "Betfair reserves the right to reverse the settlement of a market in the event that said settlement has been erroneous (for example, due to human or technical error)."The bookmaker's response violates Law 13/2011, of May 27, on the regulation of gambling, which considers very serious infringement, the alteration or manipulation of previously approved technical systems or any other element related to obtaining prizes to the detriment of participants. For which, the Betfair clause, should be declared null and void in compliance with the Gambling Law. If, under any circumstances, Betfair International PLC can manipulate the result of the won sports bets, the bettor will always be unilaterally harmed. Such a situation could constitute a crime of fraud.
