Since December 11, they have not let me access my Pastón account claiming that it is being investigated by the Risk and Fraud department when there is no reason for it. I have contacted by chat and they do not give me any deadline for unlocking and it has already been a month and a half. They continue to restrict access to my account and, therefore, withhold from me the more than $ 3,000 that is in it. I have tried to contact by phone to explain the situation to me and they do not catch me.
