I made two withdrawals of $200 and $300 on Thursday, through Trustly. It is supposed to be an instant method, or at most 1-2 days. Well 3 days later my money is not showing up in any of my bank accounts. I have the documents verified. They tell me that they sent the money to Trustly, but I request a receipt since yesterday and they won't give it to me. They tell me that they have requested a receipt from Trustly. But I contact Trustly and they tell me that they do not withhold the funds they are just an intermediary, to provide them with the receipt that Bethard does not give me. Flee from this bookmaker.
