good morning, after requesting a withdrawal they ask me for a utility bill and selfie, I send it and they answer me quickly that the electricity bill is not worth it, (regardless of how surreal this answer is), I send them the phone bill and they have answered you? because not to me, 5 days already for a retreat....................
