Won't let me withdraw

Good, I have been trying to verify my account for 2 days to be able to refund and they never accept the documentation. They ask me for a photo of the card but I don't have pq it's virtual, not physical. What can I do to get the money???

They don't give me a choice, they tell me that I have to verify that card. I proposed to register another card but they don't give me an option
They ask me for a photo of the card with my numbering data and expiration date, I have told them that I do not have a physical card but they don't care, my bank wants to charge me for requesting a duplicate and I didn't happen there, I have sent them all the data but always "one data is missing". Am I required by law to verify my card? Thank you for answering

Good afternoon. Indeed, you have to check the withdrawal method. If you don't want to do it with a card, try another withdrawal method.

Good afternoon. Ask them what documentation they need and in what format. Tell them that you do not have a physical card.
