I never received my transaction

Make a transaction since the end of May. My bank never received it but bet 365 didn't return the money to my account either. My bank requires the Swift voucher from me but bet 365 only sends me emails confirming the transaction, they don't send me the voucher. Any idea how to legally take action against them? I really just want my money
