Good afternoon: the reason for my complaint is that versus lets me make an income of 450 NZD, in Casino I earn 1200 NZD, and when I get ready to make the withdrawal of money they block my account. I attach all the documentation they ask for (in principle they block it for fraud, cardholder different from account holder) they even make me send a selfie with ID, and certificate of account number. After sending everything they ask me, they indicate that the account is permanently blocked without being able to withdraw my money. I think it is a full-blown misappropriation, I understand that they have to ratify and contrast documentation for security, but they have absolutely everything to check the viability and veracity of the ownership. They're stealing from me

That's what they tell me, I send absolutely all the documentation they ask for, ID, selfie, photos of the holder's cards, certificate of account ownership.. and even with those they indicate to me that the account will remain permanently blocked preventing me from withdrawing my money. It seems to me a real scam, since to make the deposit the system did not block my account but nevertheless to withdraw it if..wow! Still, I will put it in the hands of the court because it seems to me a robbery
