The deal between Scientific Games and Authentic Gaming is part of Scientific Games’ growth strategy, which includes expansion into the US igaming market and game diversification.
Authentic Gaming has extensive experience in the European igaming market, supplying casino products to well-known brands like Betway, Entain, and Mr Green. It was originally backed by LeoVegas’ venture capital arm before becoming an independent subsidiary.
This deal allows Scientific Games to build and supply live casino products to players worldwide, positioning the company uniquely to benefit from the convergence of live and digital gaming.
